Elaine Macy is a distinguished hospitality industry leader with extensive expertise in luxury hotel sales and strategic event management. With an impressive career spanning several decades, Elaine’s professional journey commenced at World Airways, where she initially served as a flight attendant based in Japan before quickly ascending to the role of Station Manager at Haneda International Airport.

Elaine then transitioned to Maritz Travel Company, establishing and expanding their West Coast presence from a fledgling San Francisco office into a robust operation with over 100 employees. As Vice President of Group Sales Operations, she personally generated $18 million in annual group sales, demonstrating her remarkable capabilities in both leadership and direct sales.

Subsequently, Elaine became a founding partner and Vice President of Sales at Ambassadors Performance Group, an elite incentive travel firm, collaborating closely with renowned industry figures Peter and John Ueberroth. During her tenure, Elaine consistently maintained $12 million annually in group sales, reinforcing her reputation as a powerhouse in luxury hospitality sales.

Elaine’s tenure as Executive Vice President of Global Group Sales at Preferred Hotels & Resorts further solidified her legacy. Over a 15-year period, she impressively expanded the group sales operation from $32 million to over $100 million. Elaine led and mentored highly successful sales and events teams, consistently achieving remarkable growth and profitability.

In 2020, Elaine partnered with Penny Wing to co-found Reiimagine, a luxury hotel sales representation and digital marketing company specializing in independent boutique properties. Reiimagine uniquely provides non-commission-based representation, leveraging advanced digital marketing tools like the innovative "Brojure" platform, to showcase an exclusive portfolio of 5-star hotels.​​

Elaine’s distinguished contributions to luxury hospitality include serving on the advisory boards for Monaco, Rosewood Hotels, and Orient Express, as well as managing prestigious international events such as the Olympics, Super Bowl, World Cup in Tokyo, and The Masters Golf Tournament. Elaine’s global experience is further enriched by time spent living in Spain and Monaco.
